Order will only be finalized once payment has cleared in our bank account.

Our team will process and dispatch your order within 1 business day of receiving payment and we will issue you a tracking number.

Delivery Details

Express postage – $15 for all states.

Please Note:

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the address information provided is accurate, including City, State, and Postcode to prevent any error or further delays in shipping.

Common errors:

• Typical errors are placing a unit number in address line 2, or not providing a unit number at all when you live in a large apartment block, or asking for the packet or box to be left next door. Some countries like New Zealand and Australia allow a Post Parcel Collect system
• Another error is using the wrong postcode. IF there is another street the same as yours in another state it will allow an incorrect state to be entered.

Covid-19 has changed the way New Zealand Post are delivering parcels globally. In recent weeks and as near Christmas deliveries are extended by up to two weeks or even more. International Postal Systems are overwhelmed with parcels.
